Tasknory is a freelancing platform that connects clients with freelancers. We provide a venue for users to find, hire, and work together on projects. The Platform acts as a matching service and does not currently handle payment processing between clients and freelancers.

3. User Accounts

While we currently do not verify user ages, we reserve the right to implement age verification in future versions. Users under the age of 16 may be restricted from using certain platform features in future updates.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments and Financial Transactions

Currently, Tasknory does not process payments between clients and freelancers. All financial arrangements are made directly between users. We are not responsible for payment disputes, delayed payments, or any financial transactions between users.

Future versions may include integrated payment processing with separate terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

Freelancers retain ownership of work created for clients until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client as per the project agreement.

Platform content, including logos, design, and software, remains the property of Tasknory.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent platform security measures
• Share illegal or harmful content

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. Users may terminate their accounts at any time through platform settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tasknory provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for:

• Quality of work delivered by freelancers
• Payment disputes between users
• Project outcomes or deliverables
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Tasknory operates.
